Starting back at a small team at Acryl Data as the sole product designer and learn from our strong open source DataHub community a Acryl Data.

Nov ‘21

After building an amazing team at SpotHero, I moved on to my next challenge at HealthJoy as Head of Deign.

July ‘21

SpotHero: Promoted to Sr. Director of UX & Product Design to help scale the team with a supporting Director (TBH) and growing the team from 4 to now 6 and soon to be 8 individual contributors.

June ‘20

SpotHero: Due to the COVD-19 Pandemic, I had to make tough choices and let go of two great team members while reorganizing and motivating the remaining four product designers.

Nov ‘19

SpotHero: Created a company-wide onboarding resource to give everyone a customer-first perspective of who our customers are and what their current behaviors using both qualitative & quantitative data.

Oct ‘18

SpotHero: Fully transitioned from being an individual contributor to full-time director to focus on establishing the discipline of product design at SpotHero with the hiring of a fifth product designer. I am now directing design across the B2C, the B2B and the B2B2C aspects of SpotHero’s ecosystem.

June ‘18

SpotHero: Launched and lead the design, implementation, and education of the product teams’ discovery and design processes. Details coming soon.

SpotHero: Launched an airport parking specific web experience based on a one-week design sprint.

SpotHero: Launched the HeroConnect SDK in Hertz’s app with our redesigned SDK that leveraged our new app flow to provide Hertz customers with more relevant parking options.
